Our Motto is Simple: Diversity Includes All of Us—All the Time
The Ginsburg Center for Inclusion and Community Engagement Office of Diversity Education and Training strives to make diversity and inclusion visible and critical elements that indelibly permeate the life and values of the UCF community. We offer education, training and support services, facilitation of cross-campus collaboration, and enterprise-wide leadership to the campus and our community to build an inclusive culture for all students, faculty and staff.

FAQ on HB7 and Instruction and Training
In brief, HB 7 amends a current Florida non-discrimination law to provide that an educational institution, including UCF, may not subject any student or employee to training or instruction that “espouses, promotes, advances, inculcates, or compels such student or employee to believe” any of eight “specified concepts” (linked below) because such action would be per se discriminatory under the amended statute.
Land Acknowledgement Statement
The Office of Diversity Education and Training recognizes the land of indigenous people many of whom lost their lives to genocide and were forced to leave their land, the land held by the Ais, Apalachee, Calusa, Timucua and Tocobago tribes.
